We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Lead Marketer. As a Lead Marketer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to platform relationship management, influencer relationship management, media relationship management, community management for fans/users (SNS), and advertising-related operations. Depending on your expertise and experience, you will initially be assigned tasks in your strong area, and we encourage you to discuss your preferred scope of work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage platform, influencer, and media relationships.
- Oversee community management for fans/users on social media platforms (SNS).
- Execute advertising campaigns and related tasks.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as development and art teams to strategize and execute marketing initiatives for the entire marketing team
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in PR and promotion for gaming businesses targeting international markets.
- Strong communication skills in English (as coordination with overseas partners is part of the role).
- For non-Japanese applicants, experience in business communication using Japanese.
Preferred Skills:
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Excellent writing and content structuring skills.
- Experience in marketing for overseas companies or in foreign markets.
- Experience in planning and managing official SNS accounts or content on platforms such as Discord, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Community management experience.
